How long before I notice anything?

It depends entirely on the product and on you. Some people notice a difference within a week; for others it takes a full month. We'd suggest giving any supplement thirty days of consistent daily use before you decide either way.

Can I take more than one Octi product together?

Generally yes, and our Stacks are built around combinations that pair well. If you take prescription medication, or you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting anything new.

What's actually in the capsule?

Everything, listed with amounts. Full ingredient breakdowns and dosages are on every product page. We don't use proprietary blends, so there's nowhere for a low dose to hide.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Many are, but not all — marine and bovine collagen are not. Each product page states this clearly, so check before you order.
